Ingreients

  • oil
  • fennel seed
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • sliced onions
  • salt
  • chilli powder
  • turmeric powder
  • pepper powder
  • boiled rice
  • coriander

Preparation:

heat oil -2 tsp then add fennel seed 1 tsp . add chopped ginger and garlic -2 tsp . saute for 2 mintues . Then add sliced onions -3 add salt for taste. saute till onions turn golden brown. add chilli -3. add chilli powder- 1tsp. add turmeric powder1/4 tsp. pepper powder -1/2 tsp. all mix it well. saute for 3 mintues. add boiled rice – 2 cups then mix well . finally add coriander leaves – 1/2 cup. turn off flame then add lemon juice-1tsp simple delicious onion rice recipe is ready for eat.enjoy
